Harrow High School is a talent hotbed. With a thriving basketball community supported by its current and former learners, staff, families and friends, Harrow High has attracted attention not only from outside of the borough but all over the country and even Europe.
Harrow High provides a unique experience for its learners who have the desire to learn advanced skills on the basketball court. Each learner on the basketball academy has a personalised timetable that includes specialised basketball training in the morning before school starts, during school hours and after the school day has finished.
Harrow High School competes at the highest level of basketball in the country and have produced a number of players who have represented England in a number of tournaments including the European Championships.
Harrow High’s basketball academy learners are mentored through their academic journey to ensure they learn how to manage their school work and basketball training. The marriage between academics and basketball is strong and makes this programme a success beyond the sport.
